Sablet itself has excellent dining of both types and is fortunate to be surrounded by a number of other villages with restaurants of similar quality. Further a field (within a 10 – 15 min drive), are many many more excellent choices in the towns of Vaison la Romaine, Carpentras, Orange and Chateauneuf du Pape.
