All rates are weekly, and are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 people.  Rental weeks begin on Saturdays after 4pm. Check out time is by 10am.

A 50% deposit is due on booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental period. Bookings made within a 60 day period of commencement, must be paid in full upon booking.  Rental agreement and deposit are required before confirmation of booking.

Rental rates include:

• Unlimited phone calls from the house phones to LAND LINES in Europe, UK or North America (US and Canada), Australia & New Zealand.
•  All household linen and towels.
• Cleaning and setup before arrival.
• Meeting with onsite manager and orientation upon arrival.
• Availability of onsite manager in the village for questions during your stay.
• Cleaning at the end of your stay.
• High speed internet and satellite TV.

A refundable deposit of €325.00 is held against damage.  Deposit is refundable within 14 days of departure, if there is no damage.
