If you would Gerard and Ingrid

Please show this card to Margot, so she gets the right impression of what it is normally like in the Sablet area, weatherwise.

This is outside the cafe-bar in the village of Villedieu, about 10 km from Sablet. On the day Marianne took this photo it was hot – we sat in the shade under the plane trees in the small village square, but the dog really had the right idea.

Have a good trip to San Diego and happy Christmas.

Post Scriptum – By the way, the word “Dieu” in French means “God” so I always thought that this village name was a little disrespectful. It turns out that there is a long-established family in the area, the Dieu family, after which the village is named. One should not jump to conclusions should one?
