Snow in Provence
Happy New Year!
2009.......The 2nd week of January and ............ SNOW!!
Not usual - but it's easy to
see that Provence is just as beautiful in the snow "sous la neige"
as it is during the rest of the year.
The ski trails on Mt. Ventoux (about 45 mins. from Maison des Pelerins) are open.

2010 - Here we are again!
2 years in a row and we have snow in Provence!

Our neighbors tell us that the long time residents of Sablet have not
seen a snowfall like this - at least not in the last 30 years!
