POLICIES
All rates are weekly, and are based on a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
Rental weeks begin on Saturdays after 4pm. Check out time is by 50% deposit is due on booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to the commencement of the rental period. Bookings made within a 60 day period of commencement, must be paid in full upon booking.
Rental agreement and deposit are required before confirmation of booking.

A refundable deposit of $300.00 to be held against damage.
*Weekly rental charge from Nov. 1 - March 31, and June 1 - Aug. 31, does not include utility charges; an additional charge of $40.00 per week will be added for rentals during this period.
Deposit is refundable within 14 days of departure, if there is no damage.
RENTAL PROCEDURES
1. Rental agreement - signed and returned by guests with deposit.
2. Confirmation of rental to guests upon receipt.
3. 60 days prior to beginning of vacation, balance of payment is due, together with the refundable deposit.
4. Upon receipt of balance and deposit, information package is sent out to guests. Package includes information about: the house; contacting our on-site managers who will meet guests in the village and show guests to the house; maps and directions; the village; the surrounding areas; dining; wine tasting and other activities.
5. Guests are welcome to contact us at anytime during the planning of vacations for any questions, information or suggestions.
