COOKING SCHOOLS

Cooking classes given by an expert local chef can be arranged at Les Abeilles Restaurant - either by the day or the week.  Chef Johannis Sailer will tailor the classes to the wishes of his students and will teach individuals as well as groups.  This is highly recommended for anyone who is an aspiring chef (or anyone who wants to learn some great cooking techniques)

In Vaison la Romaine. well known American Chef and food writer, Patricia Wells offers organized cooking courses for groups of students at her vineyard farm house  and "Chanteduc." These classes are very popular and booked very well in advance.
